Shipping Information

When Will My Order Ship
All decal orders will ship in 3-5 days.
All shirt orders ship in 5-7 business days.  

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.  Tracking is sent to the email address attached to the order. If it has been 5 business days and you have not received a tracking number please check your Spam inbox and then contact info@bcustomizeddesigns.com and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you order was damaged in transit or there was an error on my behalf, please send a picture along with your order number to info@bcustomizeddesigns.com and we will ship replacement items ASAP  

Lost/Delayed
Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, BCustomizedDesigns is not responsible for lost/delayed/incorrectly delivered packages.  We also do not have access to additional information outside of the tracking number.  

If the USPS has lost or incorrectly delivered your mail please contact
USPS Customer Service or fill out a Missing Mail form on their website.
